Cotton Baling Press

Planters' cotton balers are available in 50 tonne or 100 tonne hydraulically powered units and are ideal for the smaller Ginneries.

These are a range of downstroking hydraulic powered presses of free standing design, which permits installation at floor level.

Although designed for the compression of ginned cotton, cotton linters or synthetic fibres they will also handle most other fibrous material with equal efficiency.

The hydraulic power unit is freestanding and situated adjacent to the press.

It includes a motor driven hydraulic pump which gives rapid baling with minimum power consumption.

The control of all pressing movements is by a solenoid through a 3 position lever type switch.

As with all our equipment a relief valve protects the hydraulic and electrical system against overload.

Also available is the Bemaas 2, an electrically operated twin screw, moving box press with the following features:
